On January 29, 2014 at approximately 10:40 AM, two men entered a merchant in the 7500 block of N. Navarro St. and stole several electric tools.   Victoria Police Department and Victoria Crime Stoppers needs your help to identify this subject captured in this surveillance video.

He is described as a white of Hispanic male, bald and clean shaven.  He was wearing a dark colored t-shirt at the time of the offense.
