A few weeks before he turns 50, Maynard James Keenan, the frontman for Tool, A Perfect Circle and Puscifer, has decided to let go of his multimillion-dollar Los Angeles abode. He had originally listed the four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom single-family house in January on realtor Keller Williams' website with a $2,795,000 asking price, but dropped the price Tuesday to $2,495,000.

Keenan, of course, is not living in the building at the moment. He is currently on tour with the prog-metal group, which kicked things off with a gig in Spokane, Washington, and is working its way around the southwest. He is also busy deflecting reports that Tool have finished a new album, rumors that were recently sparked when the group's guitarist Adam Jones jokingly told a fan that the album is done "and coming out tomorrow." The band's last album came out in 2006, and it bears the portentous title 10,000 Days.

By the way....here's the house.
