The Bagpipe. It's popular in Scotland and a few other countries, but musically speaking, it's about as cool as the accordion. Check out this guy from Australia by the name of Cam McAzie, who likes to think of himself as a punk bagpiper, a.k.a. The Bad Piper. He was a finalist on Australia's Got Talent. I think the real test here is exactly how long can you stand to listen to it?
