Hailing from a major metropolis, I'm very familiar with traffic congestion. Anybody who's driven in Houston, San Antonio or Austin knows the joys. It's almost getting to be that bad here in Victoria, especially at certain times when driving near the mall. I'm really happy about the overpasses now open on Loop 463, but I bet it won't be too long before we're wishing they had made it 4 lanes on each side.
