The Smashing Pumpkins will soon be back in action, and the Lone Star State is on the agenda, but unfortunately the only stop will be in Dallas. The band launches their 2013 World Tour at the Cumbre Tajin Festival in Mexico on March 23. The band will be promoting their 2012 effort, 'Oceania,' and they've got a few tricks up their sleeves for the forthcoming tour.
