‘Cat’ Burglar Strikes Again
Police in San Mateo, California don't seem to be too concerned about a rash of thefts, in which hundreds of items have been stolen. In fact, they even know who the culprit is but they're not planning on making any arrests, because the burglar is an actual cat.
