A tattoo artist from Dayton, Ohio is facing a $100,000 lawsuit from his ex girlfriend, who says the artist intentionally gave her an embarrassing tattoo, allegedly for revenge. The ex, Rossie Brovent first tried to have Ryan Fitzgerald arrested on assault charges, but that wouldn't stand up, since she had signed a release form before getting the artwork done, which said the design was "at the artist's discretion."
