The finish line may be in sight for Motley Crue, and frontman Vince Neil is the latest to speak about the band's plans for winding down their career. The rocker tells the Toronto Sun that it now appears as though their next album will arrive in 2014 and will start the beginning of the end for their career.
The guys from Motley Crue have spent the last couple of years hinting that retirement is on the horizon, and bass guitarist Nikki Sixx recently went so far as to say the band would be hanging it up after one more album and tour. But you know how long rock retirements tend to last -- and it looks like Sixx might be leaving himself some room for renegotiation.

Motley Crue played an abbreviated set Sunday night (March 10) in Sydney, Australia, after singer Vince Neil could no longer continue and had to be rushed to a local hospital. A Florida resident has filed a civil suit against Tommy Lee of Motley Crue. The man is claiming that the drummer, who is no stranger to controversy, assaulted him on a Florida beach last summer.

It seems Kiss and Motley Crue will be teaming up again as the two bands are set to headline this year's 'Rock Fest.' The four-day festival will be held from July 18 - 21 at the Venue in Cadott, Wis. and feature a variety of hard rocking veterans as well as newer acts.
There won't be new Motley Crue music coming in 2013, and there may never be another full-length album from the hard-rockers. Vince Neil says there may be an EP in the band's future, but 2014 is as early as that would surface.
