Wait, what? Lubbock city officials are keeping a close eye on the Fantasy Maid Service, in efforts to make sure there isn't any hanky panky going on, which could cost the new company a $2,000 fine. The fine would be for operating a sexually oriented business without a permit, which owner Melissa Borrett says she isn't.
