It was done by John Carpenter, who can put together a decent horror movie, and the concept was pretty good. Even Roddy Piper wasn't too bad in it. The concept of the movie is that aliens have taken over the planet without our knowledge, and you need special glasses to actually see who they are. While checking out a video on You Tube, I ran across this part of the movie that You Tube user jesubub doctored in a few spots to refer to Victoria, which is interesting. Check it out.
