There's a slight change of plans for this weekend's Bootfest celebration in downtown Victoria-the fireworks show has been moved from Saturday night to Friday night.
Coming from a large city, I know what traffic is all about. I grew up dealing with Metro Detroit, which is kind of like driving in Houston, only multiplied by 5. So, I don't really consider Victoria traffic much trouble, but I can see where people can get frustrated with it at times
