Meet Rocky. He's been the official 106.9 station frog for about 12 seconds now, ever since I ran across this video, and decided it was weird enough to show you. Rocky leads a quiet life, he's pretty laid back, and likes to show off his manners whenever he can. Rocky does like to party though, and last Friday on 4/20, he was almost busted by the Austin Police when he attended the unveiling of the Willie Nelson statue, and over indulged in the sweet, sweet chiba.
