The Animal Planet's 'Puppy Bowl' has announced their lineup for 2013. This hit Superbowl spoof features adorable puppies that hail from rescue organizations both in the US and Puerto Rico and will air on February 3rd at 3PM. The show will also feature the fan favorite Kitty Halftime Show to satisfy the cat lovers who just adore watching cuddly kittens play and the fuzzy baby chicken cheerleaders that will send animal lovers everywhere into squealing fits over their cuteness.

Animal Planet is definitely one of our favorite TV networks in our house. We all like it from our 13 yr old, to my wife and I. One of the coolest shows on the network is Rattlesnake Republic, and Rick and Eric Timaeus are coming to Victoria. If you haven't seen the show, these guys hunt and capture the continent’s most dangerous predators. Come see them this coming Saturday at The Texas Zoo.

Gene Simmons may like to boast that he’s never been drunk or high in his life, but he’s about to get ‘Tanked.’ Kiss will appear on the next episode of ‘Tanked,’ a show on the Animal Planet cable channel. The program will center on the owners of the Las Vegas-based Acrylic Tank Manufacturing company as they build a giant Kiss-themed aquarium for the band’s Monster Mini Golf course in Vegas.

Gotta love dudes like this. Growing up in East Tennessee, my life was full of'em. In fact, my best friend there has a pet "coon" named Chief that lives in the rafters inside his house. A wild, vicious little animal that they consider a pet. You may have heard my story on air about how the nimble, little fingers of a raccoon can actually handle a gun. I'll save my story for my next blog. Just enjoy this video!
