The Victoria Generals allowed 1 run from the East Texas Pumpjacks in the first inning, but that was all they allowed, as they put together a powerful 10-1 win at Riverside Stadium last night. The Victoria Generals improved their record to 5-3 on the season, beating the McKinney Marshals 7-1 last night completing a 2-game road sweep. Covey Morrow pitched 6 innings to pick up the win for the Generals, giving up only 1 earned run. Corey Holmes registered a save without giving up any runs for the rest of the game.
