Red issued their 'Release the Panic' album earlier this year and after wrapping up the Winter Jam tour, the band has lined up a 2013 spring run. The group has announced a headlining run with We As Human and Southbound Fearing that will kick off next month, giving fans more of a chance to check out songs from their latest disc.

The tour launches April 16 in Grand Rapids, Mich., and runs through a May 21 finale in Lancaster, Pa. The group will work in performances at the Welcome to Rockville and Rock on the Range festivals in the midst of the run, plus they've announced their participation in Richmond's King Fest and Kings Mill, Ohio's Spirit Song 2013 event in June after their spring trek.

Fans can currently get tickets, plus purchase VIP package upgrades for the run at the band's website. The VIP packages include a meet-and-greet and special acoustic performances on the band's tour bus, as well as exclusive signed tour posters and a VIP laminate. Check here for details.

The group is currently promoting their single 'Perfect Life.' The video for the track can be seen here.
