How often have you played the old game of Rock, Paper, Scissors,  only to be bested by your buds time and time again? What's that? You say you haven't played since you were 8? Well, never mind that, because it would make this story totally useless. Here's how to get an edge the next time you play.

Wear a blindfold. That's what I said, wear a blindfold. According to a study by the University College of England, when one player wears a blindfold, that player usually wins. The report appears in New Scientist Magazine, and the authors of the study say it's probably because we have a subconscious desire to imitate others.

Is that true? I have no idea, but just think how cool it would be to challenge your friends, or make some bar bet on a game, and you confidently say "wait, I'll even blindfold myself!"
