When I first ran across this story about a huge shark caught in the Gulf of Mexico recently, the first thought that came to mind was the now infamous line from the movie Jaws that goes "you're gonna need a bigger boat." Granted, the Great White depicted in the movie was supposed to weigh around 6,000 pounds, but when  a few guys bring in a shark that's estimated to be about 600, that's still pretty big.

It took several men around 3 hours to bring in the "silky" shark, caught about 30 miles off Port Aransas. What happened to the big creature? It ended up being cut up into steaks by workers at Captain Kelly's Deep Sea headquarters.
