The bookies in Vegas were going nuts. They had Florida State as a 9.5 point favorite and a "shoe in" to win the final BCS Bowl game ever. But, someone forgot to tell Auburn. The Tigers came out like a house on fire getting up on the Seminoles early and leading at halftime 21-10. Unfortunately for them, that's where someone lit a fire under Florida State's ass. Whatever Jimbo Fisher said to his team at the half obviously worked as the momentum in the 2nd half switched and the Seminoles had the advantage. However, with 1:19 left in the game, Auburn scored on a 49 yard run to go up on Florida State by 4 meaning the Seminoles had to score a touchdown or lose...plain and simple. The game plan then...stop Florida State from scoring for just over 1 minute.....the drawback? Heisman Trophy winner Jameis Winston had just over a minute to lead his team to victory.

And that's just what he did. With 13 seconds left in the game, Winston completed a 13 yard touchdown pass to ultimately seal the deal and stop the SEC from winning it's 7th straight national title. Florida State wins 34-31 in the final BCS Championship game ever. Next year, they go to a playoff format and most of the major bowl games will be just to see who goes to the next round. Should be interesting.

Thanks to Florida State and Auburn for one hell of a send off.
