Make some time today to clean out those old files from your computer. While you're at it, clean out (or off) the keyboard as well. When it comes to electronics, cleanliness on both outside and data-wise are very important. I can't even begin to tell you how many computers I have seen that were slow to operate or had to be replaced because they weren't cleaned regularly...
