Autobiographies-Who’s Would You Rather Read?

Suddenly, they're all over the place-biographies and autobiographies from the world of rock. Sammy Hagar's Red: My Uncensored Life in Rock came out recently, amid all kinds of buzz, especially over the parts about his history in Van Halen. Look for a biography of the band Journey is stores May 3rd, called Don't Stop Believin'. Written by Neil Daniels, the book is said to be the first-ever complete biography of the band that has been around since the 70's, and is still going strong today.

Top that off with an autobiography from Steven Tyler of Aerosmith also due out May 3rd, and you can see it'll be a busy summer of raucous reading. Tyler's book Does the Noise in My Head Bother You? is described in the author's words as  "all the unexpurgated brain-jangling tales of debauchery, sex, drugs, and trancendence you will ever want to hear." Sounds intriguing.

My question is, which will you pick up first? I like all 3 of the bands and their music, but I'm thinking Sammy's will be the best read, especially since in interviews he mentioned his contact by aliens. I also get the impression that Sammy is more of a regular kind of guy, you know? You haven't heard of any ego trips by him, unlike Steven Tyler. I also expect Sammy to have more debauchery in his career.
