In the most recent story, Pam Bruenning and her three young children went into a Chili's in Longmont, Colorado on July 4 and ordered fruit smoothies. When her daughter complained of dizziness and stomach pains, Bruenning took a sip of the girl's drink and discovered it was loaded with tequila.

Fan Dies at Texas Rangers Game While Trying to Catch Ball
A man died at the Oakland A's-Texas Rangers game Thursday night in Arlington, Texas when he fell 20 feet over the left field wall while trying to catch a ball.
The victim, identified as Shannon Stone, had reached over a rail to grab a foul ball thrown into the stands by Rangers' star Josh Hamilton in the second inning. Stone, who was in the lower level with his son, tumbled into an area behind a wall near a scoreboard.

Women Drivers Are More Likely Than Men to Cause Traffic Accidents
A new study suggests that women are more likely than men to cause traffic accidents.
Researchers from the University of Michigan analyzed at 6.5 million car crashes. They also calculated, based on the number of miles men and women drive, that if all things were equal, male-to-male crashes would account for 36.2% of accidents, female-to-female would make up 15.8 percent, and male-to-female would make up 48 percent.

Fort Hood Shooter Could Face the Death Penalty
The Army has announced that Maj. Nidal Hasan will be tried in a military court and is eligible for the death penalty for his role in a 2009 shooting spree at Fort Hood in Texas.
An attorney for the former military psychiatrist, who's been charged with 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder in connection with the deadly rampage, wanted capital punishment taken off the table. It has not yet been decided whether an insanity defense will be used.
