2013 Rockstar Mayhem Festival Lineup Unveiled: Rob Zombie, Five Finger Death Punch + More

As promised, the lineup for the 2013 Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival tour has been revealed, and it makes a stop at The Woodlands. Headliners include Rob Zombie, Five Finger Death Punch and Mastodon. The trek kicks off June 29 in San Bernardino, Calif., it hits Houston on Aug. 3rd, and winds up with an Aug. 4th stop in Dallas.

Iron Maiden and Anthrax to Perform Historic Gig Outside ‘World’s Heaviest Building’

Heavy is certainly a good word to describe the sound of two iconic metal bands Iron Maiden and Anthrax. Both legends have been confirmed to bring their brand of metal to the 'world's heaviest building.' Legitimately named the world's largest civilian building, most expensive administrative building and world's heaviest building by the World Records Academy, the Romanian Palace of the Parliament lies adjacent to Constitution Square, which will host a historic outdoor metal concert featuring not only Iron Maiden, but New York thrash legends Anthrax, as well.

Green Day’s ‘Broadway Idiot’ Documentary + Concert Performance Highlight Big Day at SXSW

Friday (March 15) was a big day for Green Day at South by Southwest, as the band had two films screening and they made a welcome return to the concert stage at the Moody Theater. While 'Cuatro,' the documentary about the creation of their album trilogy, has appeared at other festivals, South by Southwest was the premiere of 'Broadway Idiot,' their film about the creation of their 'American Idiot' stage production.

I can only imagine what it's like when you work at an auto dealership, schmoozing potential customers, hoping to land that all-important sale. Part of the pitch is the test drive, in which the customer has a chance to see what the car is like on the road, in the hopes that they fall in love with it.
